Results of the Second Date of the Golf Championship 2024 – La Barra Golf Club
On Saturday, October 12, the second date of the Golf Championship 2024, presented by Uruguay Sotheby’s International Realty, was successfully held at the prestigious La Barra Golf Club. This exciting tournament attracted players from all over the region, who enjoyed an exceptional day where competition and passion for golf were the main highlights.
With three categories for men and one category for women, players competed under the Medal Play format, excelling in the Approach and Long Drive competitions. At the end of the tournament, participants enjoyed an exclusive cocktail, during which awards were presented and a special raffle was held.
Tournament Results
Category A (Index up to 16.0):
- First place: Rafael Gervitz with 70 strokes.
- Second place: Luc Van Malder with 71 strokes.
Category B (Index from 16.1 onwards):
- First place: Gustavo García Montini with 70 strokes (winner by automatic tiebreaker).
- Second place: Joaquín Sorhobigarat also with 70 strokes.
Ladies Category: Unfortunately, no scorecards were submitted in the ladies' category this time.
