The house is divided into four areas:
1)OWNERS' AREA: With a spacious ensuite bedroom, dressing room, and doors opening onto the North and East terraces. It includes an office space with a kitchenette. The bathroom has an outdoor patio. On the second floor, there is an ensuite bedroom with access via an external staircase, currently used as a gym.
2)FAMILY/GUEST AREA: Spread over two floors. The upper floor has a stunning Master Bedroom with beautiful views, dressing room, Jacuzzi, and private terrace. SEPARATE SERVICE AREA: About 150 m downhill from the main house is the Service Area, approximately 300 m2 (3229 sqf) with two apartments for staff (60 and 40 m2 / 645 and 430 sqf).
