The house is located within the Club de Mar de Jose Ignacio. It is house No. 69. The Club features tennis courts, a clubhouse, and beach service, as well as transportation service via golf carts. The house is oriented towards the sunset (towards the calm area of Jose Ignacio or the point). It has a floor area of 345 square meters on a 2000 square meter plot. The living-dining room is connected to a large playroom which is divided from the living room by a sliding door. To the right of the playroom, there's a toilet and all the bedrooms connected by a hallway with two double windows offering views of the pool and garden. From the main entrance of the house to the left are the kitchen, laundry room, and a service bedroom with its bathroom. Everything is new and conditioned as a year-round home. There are air conditioners, DirecTV with two flat screens - one in the master bedroom (32 inches) and another in the playroom (42 inches). Internet is available. TERRACE - GARDEN AND POOL: Barbecue area with white leatherette cushioned chairs and tables for enjoying an asado (grilled meal). In the solarium by the pool, there are three wooden deck chairs with white towel-covered cushions. KITCHEN: It has two black granite countertops. All the furniture is white. Complete tableware for 18 people. Microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and an additional vertical freezer in the laundry room. It has all necessary appliances such as a mixer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and double sandwich maker. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washing machine with a drum for up to 10kg of clothes.
