Beautiful countryside estate in Solís

"La Finca" has an area of 37 hectares (91.4 acres) , most of which are artificial meadows, except for the park that surrounds the house with an area of 12 hectares.
From east to west down the slope of the Sierra de las Ánimas, the Curupí stream crosses "La Finca", which maintains a good flow throughout the year.
At the same time, there is an artificial lake with a capacity of 12,000,000 liters, which in addition to being integrated into the landscape of the park, is ideal for irrigation of any type of production (e.g. pecan, olive trees, vines or any other type). The lake has a submersible pump that today only supplies irrigation to the garden, with a computerized sprinkler and drip system.
The park contains different species in a good state of development, already with 10 years of growth in some of the trees.
Located at the top of the lot, with a view of the entire surrounding area, in particular towards the valley and the Sierras to the east and the artificial lake to the west, the house is implanted with a strategic "L" shape, taking advantage of the best views and receiving adequate natural lighting in all its rooms. To the south is located the garage, the services and the barbecue, which opens to the east and north, covering the gallery and the pool from the frequent winds from the south.
The common areas such as the kitchen and dining room are developed on the gallery, in a spatial unit and where the main access to the west is generated. In this same orientation, and entering from the kitchen hallway, there is a private area with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
As a finishing touch to the north is the living room, with large openings that receive proper lighting throughout the day and allow visual enjoyment of the natural environment and the pool. The large wood stove covered with local stone, as well as the high volumes of the house, delimit this room from the dining area, allowing a considered communication with it and with the wide staircase that leads to the upper floor.
Through a cozy foyer, we enter the large bedroom suite, with magnificent views to both east and west and relating to the outside by large terraces around it. It is sheltered from the south by a closet that communicates with the bathroom and the workshop.
