5 ha farm in La Carolina with creek coast

5 ha farm in Estancia La Carolina, with excellent access, native vegetation and fauna, light at the door, stream coast that reaches the sea, unique views and magnificent sunsets.

Estancia La Carolina is one of the most beautiful natural places in Punta del Este. It has 400 hectares and 3,200 linear meters of sea coast, with a total of 69 farms of 5 hectares each. Given its privileged location, La Carolina has one of the best beaches in PDE for almost exclusive use, with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset and the Sugar Loaf Mountain in the North.
Throughout the development, the owners are committed to preserving the environment without opening public streets or building infrastructures that may alter the landscape. With this criterion, internal roads and a bridge over the stream have been built.
A place where the peace of the countryside is combined with splendid quiet and exclusive beaches, large areas to enjoy privacy, unsurpassable sea views and excellent access from the Interbalnearia Highway, 10 minutes from Punta del Este Airport, 30' from the Peninsula and 75' from Montevideo/Carrasco Airport.
