The Rock is a low-rise residential building by architect Carlos Ott, developed by Tiburón Desarrollos on a point of land that reaches into the ocean at the mouth of the Maldonado creek, where Playa Brava and Rincón del Indio meet, across from La Barra. The La Barra bridge is a couple of minutes away and the Punta del Este peninsula about 10.
