Astra – Gated community in Punta Ballena, Punta del Este

Astra is a high-end development located at Parada 45 Playa Mansa, Punta del Este, within the bay of Punta Ballena, one of the most exclusive and established areas of the Uruguayan coastline. Set on a 16-hectare plot facing the sea, the project consists of 72 generously sized lots, with areas ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 m², designed under a low-density criterion that prioritizes privacy, landscape, and quality of life.

Astra offers a lifestyle that combines the serenity of the forest with direct proximity to the sea, in a carefully preserved natural environment. The master plan was designed to integrate with the existing landscape, prioritizing the conservation and reforestation of native forests, the creation of ecological paths, and elevated walkways leading to the beach, respecting the dunes and the area's biodiversity.

The development features top-notch infrastructure, with underground services for water, energy, sanitation, and fiber optics, controlled access, and permanent security. Every detail has been considered to ensure comfort, functionality, and an excellent residential experience year-round.

The proposal is complemented by a carefully selected range of amenities aimed at enjoyment and well-being, which include a private beach service with direct access to the sea, spaces for water sports, sports areas, a gym, a sauna, and common areas designed for gathering and recreation.

Its strategic location allows for quick connections to the international airport of Punta del Este, the shopping center, and the main points of interest in the area, as well as convenient access to areas such as La Barra, Cantegril Golf, and José Ignacio.

Due to its location facing the sea, its scale, its environmentally respectful design, and the overall quality of the project, Astra positions itself as a residential proposal of heritage value, aligned with the highest standards of the international real estate market.
