Parque Pinares – Gated community in Playa Mansa, Punta del Este

Pinares Park is a forest spanning over three hectares, located at the entrance of Punta del Este, in the Pinares neighborhood. It's just 200 meters away from Mansa Beach, a stone's throw from Maldonado, and a 5-minute drive from Punta del Este. Our neighborhood is truly a park because one-third of its surface, 35,500m2, is dedicated to green spaces and amenities. There are 2 open swimming pools, one with whirlpools, professional paddle and tennis courts (brand: Lisonda), a Club House with a barbecue area and a multipurpose room for gatherings, both outdoor and indoor gyms equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, playgrounds for children, free Wi-Fi service throughout the neighborhood, pergola-covered squares with park benches.

On one hand, you can enjoy what you've always dreamed of: living outdoors, surrounded by lush greenery and trees. Hosting a barbecue with your friends or lighting the wood stove in winter with your family. Individual and mobile alarm system provided by Prosegur, available 24 hours a day. And on the other hand, all the security, if not more, that an apartment can offer. Pinares Park is a gated private neighborhood, surrounded by surveillance cameras covering the entire premises, with a single entrance equipped with a guardhouse and access barrier.
