About Selenza Manantiales
Selenza is a gated residential community facing Manantiales beach, on Route 10 at km 164.5, with a master plan by Gómez Platero. Its first buildings were delivered in 2013, and the project is now entering a new phase as Selenza Residences & Beach Club, developed by Altius Group with the backing of Península Investments Group.
Low, terraced buildings sit on a site of almost 3 hectares (7 acres), oriented so that residences look out to the ocean and the Punta del Este skyline at sunset. Apartments in the new phase have two to four bedrooms and terraces with built-in grills; ground-floor residences add a private garden and pool, and penthouses a rooftop terrace.
The community has controlled access and 24-hour security, a pool with sun deck, tennis and padel courts, mini golf, outdoor play areas, green spaces and a beach club across from the complex.
Two of the new buildings are under construction, with delivery announced for the end of 2027. From Selenza, the La Barra bridge is about 6 km (4 mi) away, José Ignacio 20 minutes and the peninsula about 20.
