Fasano Las Piedras – Development in La Barra, Punta del Este

Fasano Las Piedras presents a rare opportunity to establish a private residence within one of South America’s most distinguished luxury estates. Developed by the Fasano Group, the property combines a legacy of exceptional hospitality—defined by elegance, design, and impeccable service—with an inspiring natural setting of rolling landscapes, native vegetation, and open horizons.
The development offers land parcels starting from approximately 2,600 m² (27,986 SF), many of them enjoying open views of the Las Piedras scenery and the 18-hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. These generously sized plots allow for a high degree of privacy while remaining fully integrated into the amenities and services of the estate.
For those seeking a seamless residential experience, Fasano Las Piedras also offers a collection of exclusive turnkey residences, conceived by internationally recognized architects and delivered fully completed. Each residence has been designed to reflect the surrounding landscape, combining architectural distinction with comfort, functionality, and refined materials.
Among the signature residential offerings are the Polo Houses, designed by Nacho Figueras in collaboration with Brazilian architect Carolina Proto of Estudio Obra Prima. These residences feature expansive wraparound terraces, custom parrilla and outdoor dining areas, private swimming pools, and staff accommodations, all overlooking the polo fields and the golf course through floor-to-ceiling glass and oversized windows.
The Country Residences, also designed by Carolina Proto and exclusively developed and delivered by JHSF, offer over 600 m² (6,500 SF) of interior space. Each includes five suites, a home office, staff quarters, and generous outdoor living areas with a large swimming pool, designed for year-round enjoyment.
At the highest level of scale and exclusivity, the Farm House Estates reinterpret the tradition of Uruguayan countryside living through a contemporary lens. These residences exceed 1,589 m² (17,000 SF) and include seven suites, multiple staff rooms, and expansive outdoor areas with swimming pools. Overlooking lakes and open landscapes, they offer a profound sense of privacy and connection to nature.
Ideally located just minutes from La Barra and Punta del Este, Fasano Las Piedras combines international accessibility with the tranquility of a private rural estate. An exceptional proposition for those seeking a permanent residence or legacy property defined by architectural excellence, discretion, and an uncompromising standard of quality.
