Finca ConSentido — Boutique Vineyard Estate of 146 hectares with a historic estate from 1925, Rocha

Finca ConSentido is a 146-hectare establishment located on Route 13, km 247.5, between Velázquez and Castillos, in the Rocha department. It brings together historical architecture, nature, vineyards, privacy, and a strategic location in one of the regions with the greatest tourism and viticulture potential in the South Atlantic. The main house, built in 1925, has been recently restored under the direction of interior designer Ana Laura Long, founder of Ana Long Studio. It encompasses 530 m² built around a 290 m² inner courtyard with an old pergola. It features four suites, a dining room with a high-performance wood stove, a games and reading room, and a gourmet kitchen with a dining area for 12 people, black leather granite countertops, a central island, Istillart gas and wood stove, and pizza ovens. The furniture was designed and handcrafted in Mexico, coexisting with original pieces from the house rescued during the restoration: natural leather sofas, a dining table convertible into a pool table, and a Petrof wall piano. The vineyard, covering almost 5 hectares with 19,409 plants, produces three red varietals—Marselan, Tannat, and Merlot—trained on medium-high trellises, with drip irrigation supplied by a reservoir and protective netting over the entire area. The property also includes a park with fruit trees, native trees, and butiá palms, a petanque court, a shed for vehicles and machinery, a water well, UTE and solar energy, Starlink WiFi, and security cameras. A place to live surrounded by history, art, and design, or to develop a wine tourism and hospitality project in a corridor that is becoming the new axis of Uruguayan wine.
