On the property, there is an old and elegant stone grinding structure - a quarry that gives the property its name - which operated until the late 1950s. Important stockpiles of crushed stone of various sizes and significant outcrops of natural stone are still preserved for potential use in the construction of houses and roads.

The main house and the guest house are located about 200 m above sea level on the western slope of the Sierra (sunset view), and were entirely designed with local stones by Architect Horacio Ravazanni. A third house is located near the entrance of the property, at sea level.

The main house of 153 m2 features 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, a living room, a daily dining room, a toilet, and a kitchen, a 50 m2 lapacho gallery, a terrace, a swimming pool, and a covered stone barbecue of 45 m2. The guest house of 110 m2 is a loft-style with a terrace, a spacious en-suite bedroom, a toilet, a living room, and a kitchen. Both have underfloor heating in all rooms, as well as Nordic stoves in the bedrooms and fireplaces in the living rooms. High-capacity water heaters for hot water.
